今天按要求去内科病房帮忙，没做什么，但确看到了英国医院抗疫的现状，添了几分担忧，但愿是多余的。
由于轻症病人都在家隔离，所以住院的病人不多。所有的常规手术都停了，但急诊创伤手术还在继续，没有像原计划的那样去私立医院做。外科医生没什么事，医院就要求去内科帮忙。毕竟目前对冠状病毒也没什么特效药，我也问过国内有经验的专家同学，主要还是靠病人自身的免疫力，除了给氧维持，恢复还得靠病人自己。
尽管英国政府一直强调隔离，可医院的隔离防护远不如中国。楼道里都是工作人员，放眼望去，没人戴口罩。同一个团队查房，人和人之间也没有保持两米的距离。病房内医护人员的防护也很简陋，只有口罩。如果进病人房间，才会戴上面罩，手套和朔料防水围裙。要知道房间里的病人都是确诊了，而且是需要吸氧气的。估计国内任何医院都不会如此不堪。
我去病房前还去测试了N95 口罩，可到了病房才知道N95 口罩已经没有了，只有一次性的外科口罩。我们在病房的时间短，应该没问题。可低年的医生还有护士，长时间待在病房，还会有些操作，如此简陋的防护，不感染应该就是奇迹了！问了一下他们，感染的还真不多。也或许是无症状的，轻症的感染，年轻都不当回事儿了。不过，同学，朋友的孩子有做医生的，都有轻症感染，好在也都恢复了。
医院都这样，一般的人就更不那么重视了。这么看来，不难理解，英国的全民免疫似乎是不可避免的结果！

I originally bought a bag from this shop and it was very nice. Due to the first experience I bought 2 more of the same bag for family members. Unfortunately, this lot was awful!!!! Upon opening them I noticed a scent, the smell of these usually disappears after a week in the garage. After a week the smell was still there. We cleaned it with Clorox wipes, put dryer sheets in it and let it sit for a couple of weeks, it still smells like an animal died in it. I finally wrote the seller, to which they did nothing!! I didn’t even request a refund, only a credit to their store or a replacement and all that was said was, “This order was completed a month ago, friend.” I will never recommend this seller again.

So I bought the all brown one, which I recommend than the other colors because it looks the most accurate to the real one. The pattern doesn’t match up on one side, the font on the inside isn’t the same as the real one, and the pouch that came inside the bag has a broken zipper so I can’t even use it. It’s good just for a work bag but probably not walking around with casually

Bag is beautiful. Ordered 05/12 and received 05/31 There are some minor differences (outer bag pattern cuts off halfway through check on top under stitching - it should start at a full check). Other than that, the hardware, stitching, interior, and red edge of the handles is spot on. For those that aren’t eagle eyes like myself, no one can tell the difference. Would likely order from this store again!
